No. Most of Ford’s travel out of state was to attend professional work conferences with other Attorneys General as well as conferences with other attorneys. Republican Attorney General Marty Jackley said work does not stop when attending work conferences. Ford has maintained a good attendance record at meetings of state boards and committees, attending the same amount of meetings as Governor Lombardo. Fact checks from local media show that Ford was working when he traveled.
