Ford Raises Record Breaking $1.5 Million In Q1, Historic Haul for Non-Incumbent Candidate

Today, Attorney General Aaron Ford announced that he raised nearly $1.5 million during the first quarter of 2026. In the first three months of 2026, Ford raised more than $1.2 million into his campaign — the most raised by a non-incumbent candidate running for governor in Nevada history. An additional $215,000 was raised into an affiliated PAC. Ford has nearly $2.7 million combined cash-on-hand.

During the first quarter, Ford received contributions from 13,000 individual donors — 90% of them $80 or less — including from educators, nurses and doctors, service workers, and police officers. With a commanding, record-breaking start to the election year, Ford’s robust grassroots support demonstrates a continued deep, statewide backing for his candidacy.

“Attorney General Ford has visited all 17 of Nevada’s counties, hearing firsthand how the Lombardo-Trump economy is squeezing residents with record-high costs,” said Ford for Nevada Campaign Manager Zoë Kleinfeld. “Nevadans are tired of watching the rich get richer while they struggle to make ends meet each month. They’re looking for a Governor with the experience and vision for delivering real, affordable solutions to lower the cost of living and make our state affordable. They’re finding that in Aaron Ford.”

Ford’s campaign is supported by a broad and growing coalition—including Nevada’s entire Democratic federal delegation, a majority of state legislators, and other leaders from across the state. Ford has also been endorsed by AFSCME Local 4041, TWU Local 577, SEIU Local 1107, CWA Local 9413, IBEW 401, IBEW 357, UAW Region 6, Operating Engineers Local 3, Laborers’ Union Local 169, Ironworkers Local 433, Bricklayers Local 13, Reproductive Freedom for All, Planned Parenthood Advocates Mar Monte, Nevada NOW, Nevada State Education Association, Washoe Education Association, and others—all citing Ford’s record on affordability and workers’ rights, as well as his vision for a strong, diversified economic future.

Record Breaking Fundraising:
