General Ford Has Earned the Endorsements of a Majority of Democratic Legislators for his Gubernatorial Bid
Today, Attorney General Aaron Ford announced that he has earned the endorsements of the majority of Democratic legislators in support of his campaign for Governor.
“I am proud to be endorsed by dozens of legislators who are fighting – as I am – to make life more affordable for everyone in the Nevada family,” said Attorney General Aaron Ford. “This past legislative session, Democrats passed bills that would have expanded paid sick leave and cracked down on big corporations that are price-fixing essential goods and driving up costs for Nevadans. Unfortunately, Joe Lombardo vetoed critical family-first legislation, opting to instead align himself with big corporations. No more. As Governor, I will be a partner to the legislature and prioritize signing legislation that puts families above firms.”
