WATCH: Attorney General Ford Slams Lombardo and Trump Over July’s Disastrous Jobs Report
Attorney General Aaron Ford appeared on MSNBC’s PoliticsNation to discuss new reports detailing how July’s jobs numbers missed expectations and that in June, Donald Trump had the worst jobs report since December 2020 as past months were revised down significantly. Nevada lost nearly 5,000 jobs from May to June. This comes as Nevada’s unemployment rate has remained the highest of any state in the nation for more than a year under Joe Lombardo. Another report found that Las Vegas saw a 11.3% drop in visitors compared to June 2024. The report found that international travel declined nearly 10% while hotel occupancy fell 6.4%.
