Nevada NOW Endorses Aaron Ford for Governor
Today, Attorney General Aaron Ford announced that Nevada NOW endorsed his campaign for governor.
“I am proud to have the endorsement of Nevada NOW,” said Attorney General Aaron Ford. “I’ve stood up to presidents of both parties to protect the rights of women and preserve access to health care. As Governor, I’ll ensure Nevada remains a place where your most personal decisions stay between you and your doctor — not politicians.”

He’s sued both the Trump and Biden administrations to protect a woman’s right to choose and opposes efforts to insert politics into exam rooms. Nevada NOW is eager and excited for AG Ford to take this fight to the Governor's office in 2026.”
Ford’s campaign is supported by a broad and growing coalition of elected leaders, labor, education, and advocacy organizations – including Nevada’s entire Democratic federal delegation, a majority of state legislators, and other leaders from across the state. Ford has also been endorsed by CWA Local 9413, IBEW 401, IBEW 357, UAW Region 6, Operating Engineers Local 3, Reproductive Freedom for All, Planned Parenthood Advocates Mar Monte, Nevada State Education Association, Washoe Education Association, and others – all citing Ford’s record on affordability and workers’ rights, as well as his vision for a strong, diversified economic future.
